Congress Materials
Following the registration, a congress bag and a name badge will be presented to the participants at the registration desk. In order to avoid any confusion or disappointment please bring along the registration confirmation letter which will be sent by Alabanda Tourism Co. Inc. Badges should be carried on during the whole Congress period.

Reservations are issued on first come first served basis.
All the hotel rates are per room, per night and inclusive of breakfast.
Unless the whole payment is completed, room reservations can not be confirmed.
An acknowledgement notice will be e-mailed by the Symposium Secretariat, Alabanda Tourism Co.Inc.
Registration fee will not be charged from the first 5 student

Registration Fee
Full registration fee is refunded before July 31, 2008
Cancellations Between 01 August 2008 and 15 August 2008, %50 of registration fee is refunded.
No refund is possible after August 16, 2008.
Accommodation Fee
Full fee is refunded until 31.07.2008 for the cancellation of hotel reservations.
Between 01 August 2008 and 15 August 2008, 50% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
No refund is possible for the cancellations after August 16, 2008.
All refunds will be made after the congress.
